An offer to Hospice users from local law firms

Free legal advice is available to Hospice patients, their immediate family members, Hospice staff members and volunteers, from our St Nicholas Hospice Care goodWill Legal Advisers.

Local law firms will provide an initial consultation, free of charge and without obligation, by telephone or email, and some may be available to attend a 20-minute face-to-face appointment on Hospice premises, if required.

If, after the initial consultation, you decide that you need further advice and assistance, the legal adviser will explain to you their usual fees for accepting your instructions and taking the matter forward.

Although most of our supportive legal advisers are Wills and Probate specialists, in many cases they will be pleased to refer you on to a colleague if you require advice of a different nature.
