Legacy activities

This video, presented by Sarah Price and Julie Baerwolf, is for health professionals, volunteers and anyone working with palliative patients and the bereaved.

Sarah and Julie offer an explanation of anticipatory grief and why legacy activities can prove beneficial. They also define Legacy Activities and Memorialisation and provide ideas and examples.

They aim to assist the viewer in understanding how to use these activities for the benefit of patients and those close to them as well as the bereaved.
