Mindful movement is a gentle exercise and relaxation session that can be done in a group or on your own. We have been using this form of exercise effectively at the Hospice over the last couple of years.
The exercises can be enjoyed either seated or standing and can benefit both the body and the mind.
As with any form of exercise, you are undertaking it at your own risk, so please only do as much as you feel comfortable with. It should not cause any pain. If you are unsure whether you are medically able to undertake this form of exercise please speak to your medical professional.
