The Donation Centre – Bury St Edmunds
Opening Times: Please call to book a slot to drop off donations
Telephone: 01284 747622
The Hospice’s Donation Centre is now operating a booking system.
To make sure donations can be dropped off as safely as possible a booking system is in operation and we’d ask that you only arrive during your slot time.
If you arrive without a pre-booked slot, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept your items.
To allow for an isolation period, staff will ask you to place your donations in a marked bay, they can help you with heavy items, but you will need to let us know in advance, so we can put the necessary measures in place.
Slots will be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. You can book your slot by calling 01284 747622.
All government advice is being followed and social distancing measures are in place.
We’d ask that everyone is mindful of the measures we have put in place and works with us to ensure everyone’s safety.
All of our shops have now re-opened.
We are following all government advice and social distancing measures are in place at all our re-opened stores. You can find out more about this, and our shops opening hours by clicking here.
In line with government advice we ask that all customers shopping in our stores wear either a face covering or a mask, unless they have a good reason not to.
As part of the re-opening of the Haverhill shop, the Hub’s onsite café The Haven has re-opened. As part of the government’s test and trace programme people will be required to let us know their contact details if using the café. In line with government guidance, as of Thursday, 24 September, the Haven Café will be table service only.
All other areas of the Hub remain temporarily closed to the public and services are not running.
In the meantime, why not visit our eBay shop, where you can find donated goods, including unique and rare items. You can visit our shop by clicking here.
Please note: we are considering all government advice and guidance. While every effort is being made to ensure the information on this page is correct, things are subject to change.
