Following the government’s announcement of a third lockdown, we have made some changes to our retail services.

The Donation Centre will be open, but for reduced hours. The centre will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A slot booking system is in operation and we’ll only be able to accepted donated items from those who have pre-booked. To book your slot please call 01284 747622.

During the lockdown all of our shops will remain temporarily shut.

Our Haven Café at the Haverhill Hub is also closed for the time being.

We’d kindly ask that donations are not left outside of stores as these could become a hazard.

Our other retail services have also been affected. Please click here for an update on all our retail activities.

Please note: we are considering all government advice and guidance. While every effort is being made to ensure the information on this page is correct, things are subject to change.

We accept your pre-loved furniture, clothes, bric-a-brac, books and household items

If you are getting new furniture we would be delighted if you choose to donate your pre-loved sofas, tables and chairs, wardrobes, etc. to the Hospice.

Due to the current situation, we are currently not collecting furniture from customers houses until further notice.
