We accept your pre-loved furniture, clothes, bric-a-brac, books and household items

If you are getting new furniture, we would be delighted if you choose to donate your pre-loved sofas, tables and chairs, wardrobes, etc., to the Hospice.

If you are having a spring clean and clearing out your wardrobe, please bring any unwanted clothes, bric-a-brac and small items of furniture directly to us.

For larger items, we are also now able to offer a furniture collection service from customers’ houses. We offer collections from Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas within our catchment of West Suffolk and Thetford. To arrange a collection please call the Donation Centre on 01284 747622 or email deliveriesandcollections@stnh.org.uk.

Dropping off donations

We accept donations from 8.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday, with no appointment needed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donations after 12.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Donation Centre also opens for our warehouse clearance sale.
