 We accept your pre-loved furniture, clothes, bric-a-brac, books and household items

If you are getting new furniture, we would be delighted if you choose to donate your pre-loved sofas, tables and chairs, wardrobes, etc., to the Hospice.

If you are having a spring clean and clearing out your wardrobe, please bring any unwanted clothes, bric-a-brac and small items of furniture directly to us.

For larger items, we are also now able to offer a furniture collection service from customers’ houses.

We offer collections from Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas within our catchment of West Suffolk and Thetford.

• Brief description of the item(s)

• Confirmation that any upholstered items have fire regulation labels attached

• Your name and address including postcode

• A daytime telephone number

• Photograph(s) of the item(s).

Dropping off donations

We accept donations from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with no appointment needed.While donations can be dropped off at the Donation Centre, access to the warehouse space is restricted to staff and volunteers only due to health and safety and insurance requirements.
