Community Services

We have developed a number of projects to bring Hospice care to the communities we serve.

Our volunteer-led service Hospice Neighbours, which won the prestigious Queen’s Award in 2015, provides practical support and companionship in the community for people and their families.

Our dedicated Education team and outreach centre in Haverhill also provide specialist and accessible clinical and educational services across a variety of settings to help equip and enable services, businesses and families and friends to offer end of life care in the wider community.

Please note: Due to the Coronavirus, all of our face-to-face support groups and sessions in the community and at the Hospice, are not currently running at this time.
