This store along with our other Bury St Edmunds shops in Barton Road and Hardwick Parade, plus our stores in Newmarket, Haverhill, Long Melford, Brandon, Sudbury and Mildenhall has re-opened.

In line with government advice we ask that all customers shopping in our stores wear either a face covering or a mask, unless they have a good reason not to.
As part of the re-opening of the Haverhill shop, the Hub’s onsite café The Haven has also re-opened. As part of the government’s test and trace programme people will be required to let us know their contact details if using the café.
All other areas of the Hub remain temporarily closed to the public and services are not running.
Our Donation Centre, on Chapel Pond Hill, Bury St Edmunds, is open. Those wishing to drop off donations must book in advance. You can find out more by clicking here.

You can be sure of a warm welcome at our St John’s Street shop. A modern boutique shop with a home theme layout and has pre-loved delights just waiting to be discovered.
As you enter via the hallway, ladies clothes are displayed for you to admire. Move on to the dressing room area where you can try on your items and select some beautiful accessories to match.
After that, feel free to look into our library area and select from the wide range of books. We haven’t forgotten the men either as our study area holds a wide range of menswear from formal suits right through to casual wear.
Finally, to find something for your home – from coffee tables to curtains – venture downstairs to our homeware department.
All of this and our brilliant volunteers are providing each customer with a personal shopping experience. It’s not to be missed.
