How Are You? Survey

Welcome to our third survey.

This survey sets out to regularly ask how the Hospice’s people are feeling and what they think about the communications they receive. We intend to run the survey every 6-8 weeks as the organisation adapts to significant changes in the way it works.

It is a short anonymous survey, the feedback is shared with managers so they can identify concerns and the need for messages.
