Sharing your story or experience of Hospice care with St Nic’s

Thank you for sharing your story or experience of the care you or someone close to you has received from St Nicholas Hospice Care with us.

Being able to share real stories from those who have experienced our services and support first-hand is a vital tool. It allows us to highlight the important work we do, and we believe it also gives a voice to those who have experienced or witnessed our care.

Your story will be used to better promote St Nicholas Hospice Care and spread the word about the services we offer and our need to raise funds. Giving your consent allows us to use your story, photos, videos and/or audio for Hospice marketing.

This is how we may use it:

  • In our bi-annual News magazine, which is sent to Hospice supporters
  • In Hospice information leaflets
  • In the local media.
  • On our website: www.stnicholashospicecare.org.uk
  • On our social media pages (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube)
  • Promotional items. This could include posters, shop branding, roller banners, flyers and other items
  • Information may also be used in corporate documents, e.g. our Annual Accounts or in applications we make to funders and potential funders.
