Register for the Virtual Valentine’s Challenge

  • Take on the Virtual Valentine's Challenge

Why not put your best foot forward, pull on your trainers and show some love for St Nic’s?

You can choose to walk, jog or run either 14km or 14 miles in a location of your choosing on Sunday, 14 February.

    - One form should be completed by each participant
    - There is a £20 suggested donation per person or £10 per person if taking part with others (within a household and/or social bubble or as a socially distanced pair)
    - There is no minimum or maximum age but anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

  • About your challenge

If you plan on walking solo, we suggest notifying someone of your route.
  • Protecting your data

St Nicholas Hospice Care will only ever use your data in relevant and meaningful ways to you.

You can learn more about data protection, changing your preferences or stopping contact at or by picking up the phone and speaking to our fundraising team on 01284 766133.

  • The Virtual Valentine's Challenge is organised by St Nicholas Hospice Care to raise funds for its charitable activities.

We’re asking participants to make a suggested donation of £20 each to register, or £10 each if taking part with others.

  • Gift Aid: Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

  • I am a UK taxpayer and I understand that if I pay less Income and /or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in the relevant tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Please notify the charity if you:

    - want to cancel this declaration

    - change your name or home address

    - no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
