Safety

It is always wise to put up signage to alert visitors of any hazards that may be in the gardens, particularly ponds or uneven steps.

Please include the following information so that we can provide signage that will help ensure the safety of our visitors. Please tell us if you have a pond or water feature, if you have a lot of steps or difficult access and if you can offer seating.

This will be included in the Hidden Gardens programme.
Max. file size: 100 MB.

Public liability insurance

The Hospice holds Public Liability insurance which covers the people attending the event. However it does not cover damage to your personal property or home. Our insurers have advised us that you should let your own insurance company know of your kind participation in the event so that you have peace of mind that your home and personal property are covered in the unlikely event of an incident. Please do not hesitate to contact me as I am happy to visit your garden if you have any concerns.
