What is it all for?

At St Nicholas Hospice Care we believe everyone matters in life and death and so we hold Light up a Life to provide you with meaningful ways to remember and celebrate loved ones. Your support enables us to equip the community, provide care and to strive for something better for people living with dying, death and grief.

Our services are not just for patients, but for their family and friends too. They include everything from specialist medical care to bereavement support and practical help.

We also:

Offer emotional support to patients, children, families and carers
Advise on pain relief and other symptoms
Liaise with other services which may be able to help
Offer a variety of education to local professionals and carers.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our special events. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact lual@stnh.org.uk.

Thank you,

The Light up a Life Team
