Have you turned down house clearances?
We haven’t turned a house clearance down yet, and we don’t think we would. The team are extremely dedicated, we will start a job at 5am and not finish until 10pm if we have to. We are here to get the job done to the highest standards.
Are you unable to remove anything?
We are unable to remove gas or oxygen bottles and asbestos.
How much does it cost?
Please be aware this is a chargeable service. We will arrange a convenient time to view the property and give you a personal quote for the level of clearance you require.
The charge for this service goes some way to covering our costs – for disposal of unsalable items – with the profit from items sold in our shops and other outlets, as well as the income from recycling going directly to patient care within West Suffolk and Thetford.

How do I arrange an assessment?

We are happy to liaise with a third party – solicitors and estate agents – and can collect keys from them in order to view and clear properties.
I found the whole process to be managed very well by the team. At all times a very professional service was given by the team. An excellent service that I would recommend.
What the service offers
- We will pack and remove all saleable items from the property
- We will recycle as many unsalable items as we can, before disposing of anything that is left
- We will include the clearance of garages if required
- We will leave any fitted units, curtains, carpets, light fittings etc, unless you ask us to remove them
- We are able to remove stairlifts
- We will accept white goods, washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, etc, and we are happy to disconnect them
