We know that house clearances can be difficult for those involved. As a result, we have developed a reliable house clearance service that is sensitive to your needs and also helps to support the Hospice.

We clear properties of any size from a single room upwards, with every property receiving the same level of thoughtfulness and respect.

Do you clear more than just houses?

Yes! Gardens, offices, care homes, sheds and more.

Are you unable to remove anything?

We are unable to remove gas or oxygen bottles and asbestos.

How much does it cost?

Please be aware this is a chargeable service. We will arrange a convenient time to view the property and give you a personal quote for the level of clearance you require.

What the service offers

• We will pack and remove all saleable items from the property
• We will recycle as many unsalable items as we can, before disposing of anything that is left
• We will include the clearance of garages if required
• We will leave any fitted units, curtains, carpets, light fittings etc, unless you ask us to remove them
• We are able to remove stairlifts
• We will accept white goods, washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, etc, and we are happy to disconnect them
