If you decide you would like to add an extra chance to your membership for each week’s draw, then please call our Lottery office on 01284 715566 stating your name and membership number and the process can be completed over the phone.
No matter which payment method you use, you can cancel your Lottery membership at any time. Simply call our Lottery office on 01284 715566 to inform us of your wishes and we can log the details on your membership record. Alternatively, fill in our online form.
The only instance when you need to cancel the payment personally is if you pay by standing order, only you can instruct your bank to cancel the payment; otherwise if you pay by cash, cheque or direct debit we will be able to help you complete the cancellation process.
In some instances, we understand that individuals may need to ‘self-exclude’ themselves from participating in all gambling schemes/events. Therefore, if you feel this applies to you please contact our Lottery office on 01284 715566 or fill in a self-exclusion form. Once received this will instruct us that you wish to be excluded from play for the following six months or until written instructions are received to inform us of a date when play may resume.

St Nicholas Hospice Care Lottery abides by the rules and regulations stated by the Gambling Commission in The Gambling Act 2005.
Not only can you sign up for the Lottery yourself, but you can purchase quarterly, half-yearly or yearly memberships as a gift for a friend or family member too. Simply fill in the ‘gift membership’ form here, complete the payment details and we will do the rest.
Your gift membership will be sent with a card containing your chosen message to the recipient, stating their membership number and unique game numbers for each draw. When there is four weeks’ credit remaining, we will send them a letter to let them know and ask if they would like to continue their membership.
