Patient and Family Support

The Patient and Family Support Team offers psychological support for palliative patients and/or those close to them (adults and/or children). Support is provided face-to-face, via telephone or virtual platforms.

The team also offers training and support to professionals, parents, carers, children and young people on illness, death and bereavement.

We are currently experiencing a high level of demand for our services at the moment, which unfortunately means our waiting lists are longer than usual. Please bear with us whilst we meet this demand.
