Both routes will set-off from 6pm, after music and a warm-up.

Throughout the route, make sure you spot the special QR codes to see the incredible impact your fundraising makes with stories and videos from those who have received care from the Hospice.
In-memory: In your sign-up pack, you will receive a t-shirt and paper lantern that we would love you to personalise and share memories of your loved one on. There will be a special opportunity to place your lantern in remembrance en route at the Hospice.

- £250 could help pay for specialist one-to-one bereavement counselling sessions for someone grieving the loss of a loved one.
- £500 could help fund specialist care nursing support on our inpatient ward.
