Reach your personal best helping others
Whether it's your first 10K run or fortieth, join us on Sunday 28 September and bring your best for those needing hospice care at our 10K Run, sponsored by Skechers Performance.
Registration opens on 5 June.

Fundraising keeps us running
Your goal to improve your fitness and run 10K is inspirational!
Those close to you are ready with encouraging words and a donation, so don’t miss the chance to use your story to fundraise for hospice care.
Our goal: a bigger and better third year
We want to build on our first two years and inspire more fundraising - last year more than £18,000 was raised. So, by signing up today for £25 and supporting us through fundraising, you could make a huge difference.
In 2024, runners praised the event’s organisation, the event village, and the fantastic atmosphere provided by marshals, spectators and the drum thumping samba band. Expect all this for 2025! And as well as trophies for those competitive runners, we have sourced an exciting running-themed prize for the top fundraiser.
Race day information

Chip-timed race
The St Nicholas Care 10K Run will be chip-timed by an external company. They will endeavour to have live results available on the event website shortly after the event. Additionally, official results will be sent out by email during the next working day after the race.

Competitive?
We celebrate your commitment to running and for coming along and adding your competitive spirit to our race, so thank you! We designed our 10K Run with runners like you in mind so we hope to offer you a well-organised local event that enables you to run well and support St Nicholas Hospice Care because we believe you’re at your best when you’re helping others.

Beginner? Your first 10K?
This event was made for you. At St Nicholas Hospice Care, the story of anyone taking on a big challenge never fails to inspire. You’ll have our encouragement and support all the way around, and your family and friends can come along to cheer you on too.
