Hospice People Survey 2018
In all of our work, the time we take to listen is something we all share in common. Every day, across the entire organisation we are listening to each other, to the people who support us and those we help.
It is that time of the year when the Hospice ensures everyone has a chance to be heard. This survey gathers views from across the Hospice and will help us as we continue to grow as an organisation which listens to and learns from its people.
The survey opens on Monday, 25 June and will close on Friday, 13 July.
Why are my views important?
The information gained from this survey will help the organisation reflect on the wellbeing of its people and enable us to respond to feedback.
The efforts of more than 800 people help to make St Nicholas Hospice Care the compassionate organisation it is and this survey is a confidential check of how we are doing.
Every year the Hospice changes and the views you share with us will be used to help shape and influence how St Nicholas Hospice Care continues to move forwards.
What will I be asked?
The survey will include a variety of questions, all of which focus on your everyday experiences as a member of staff or volunteer at the Hospice.
What do I need to do?
The survey is quick and easy to complete and you will receive an email with a link to your questionnaire; please complete and return it as soon as you can. If you would like a paper copy please contact the HR Team who will be happy to help.
