Need to talk?
Call our 24/7 advice line for health care professionals and families if you need support with symptom management and end of life care.
We are mindful that the people we care for represent an exceptionally vulnerable group, which is why we are putting measures in place to protect those attending activities at the Hospice and in the community, as well as our teams.
For this reason, Breathing Space has been cancelled until further notice.

Are you living with breathlessness or caring for someone who is?
We can support you in living with breathlessness at our informal Breathing Space sessions for patients and carers. We will answer your questions, demonstrate helpful techniques and guide you through symptom management.
Breathing Space is a monthly group that provides a mixture of education, exercise, peer support and relaxation to help those struggling with breathlessness to be able to cope with this very debilitating symptom.
Who can attend?
The group is aimed at people with long-term or life-threatening illnesses.
When does it run?

Every third Monday of the month, 1.30 – 3pm, at St Nicholas Hospice Care, Hardwick Lane, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 2QY. For more information, or to book a place, please call 01284 702525.
