Senior Clinical Administrator (Internal Vacancy)

To ensure we provide the best care to patients and families, our behind the scenes clinical administration team is crucial in ensuring our services run effectively and proactively. An internal vacancy has arisen in the Clinical Administration Team for a Senior Clinical Administrator.
We are looking for someone who will act as Deputy for the Clinical Systems & Administration Manager to a team of Administrators to ensure a skilled, responsive and high quality administrative service across the Clinical Directorate including other areas as required.
The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise in key areas of system management including but not exclusively the use of SystmOne with the ability to build SystmOne templates and deliver training for groups of SystmOne users. The role also includes accurate data collection, including the presentation and simple analysis of non-complex data sets to demonstrate operational effectiveness and helping to develop existing systems and processes.
This role will be needed to frequently act as a first point of contact for those accessing SNHC by telephone and on occasion in person.
