Cancellations

No matter which payment method you use, you can cancel your Lottery membership at any time. Simply call our Lottery office on 01284 715566 to inform us of your wishes and we can log the details on your membership record. Alternatively, fill in our online form.

The only instance when you need to cancel the payment personally is if you pay by standing order, only you can instruct your bank to cancel the payment; otherwise if you pay by cash, cheque or direct debit we will be able to help you complete the cancellation process.

Self-exclusion

In some instances, we understand that individuals may need to ‘self-exclude’ themselves from participating in all gambling schemes/events. Therefore, if you feel this applies to you please contact our Lottery office on 01284 715566 or fill in a self-exclusion form. Once received this will instruct us that you wish to be excluded from play for the following six months or until written instructions are received to inform us of a date when play may resume.

Responsible gambling

St Nicholas Hospice Care Lottery is a member of the Hospice Lotteries Association and The Lotteries Council; both these organisations make contributions to the GREat Foundation, an organisation promoting responsible gambling.

Even though Hospice lotteries are considered a light-hearted and fun area of gambling, we still take the responsibilities of running such a scheme seriously. Therefore if you feel you need more information, advice or support regarding your gambling activities, then visit www.begambleaware.org or call 0808 8020133.
