Setup Payroll Giving – Employee

Here’s how to set up Payroll Giving

1. To set up payroll giving, please fill in the online Payroll Giving form below this guide.

2. Once we receive the form, we will contact your company’s Payroll department to confirm the donation.

3. The payroll department of your company will then contact the registered Payroll Giving Agency (PGA’s) who will in turn process your Payroll Giving instruction and forward the donation to us. There may be a slight administration charge levied by the agencies which are specific to individual agencies which in most cases, would be met by the employer.

4. We will write to you confirming your donation.

If your company is not registered for the scheme they can sign up with a payroll giving agency who can process employee donations.
