Training plan and sessions with Moreton Hall Health Club and Moreton Hall Runners

We are delighted that Moreton Hall Health Club and Moreton Hall Runners, are kindly supporting the St Nicholas Hospice Care 10k run and offering a 7-week Ultimate 10k Training Plan. Although the programme started on 21 August, it’s not too late to get training and join the offer!

Simply download the free guide, or if you’d like more support, you can purchase the Ultimate Training Plan, a PDF of exercises for you to follow, which includes 14 in-person running and strength training sessions with Lucy from Moreton Hall Health Club and Joe from Moreton Hall Runners over the course of the seven weeks.

50% of profits from the training plan will be donated to the Hospice.

The Ultimate Training Plan includes:

  • 7-week running schedule
  • 7-week strength training programme
  • Seven ‘Lift with Lucy’ classes at Moreton Hall Gym (Tuesdays 6.50pm – 7.30pm every week, also available via Zoom)
  • Seven Moreton Hall Runners sessions on (Tuesdays or Thursdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm)
