The Marketing and Communications Team strives to improve the ways in which it supports the promotion of the Hospice’s activities. To do this more effectively we are attempting to collect and use feedback from across the organisation and networks.

Thank you for giving your time today. There are five key questions and in each, there is the opportunity to provide feedback through words and (or) a rating.

    If you're happy to provide some information about yourself that might help us understand your relationship to the event/service/offer then that's greatly appreciated. If not, that's ok too, your feedback is just as valuable.
