Popular warehouse sale set to return after a two year break

Is your home, garden or shed missing something? If so, you might be able to find the finishing touches at our warehouse sale.

For the first time in almost two years, we are opening our Donation Centre on Chapel Pond Hill, in Bury St Edmunds, for a one-day sale event.

On Saturday, 5 March, the centre will be open to the public from 9am to 1pm, giving shoppers the chance to browse and rummage through a wide selection of items. The sales, which were a monthly occurrence before the pandemic, proved popular across the community and raised much-needed funds for the Hospice’s work.

Garry Marjoram, the donation centre’s manager, said: “We are so pleased to be able to restart our monthly warehouse sales. These events raise much-needed funds for the Hospice and have always proved very popular with the public.

“It will be great to welcome people into our Donation Centre again. If you are around, please stop by. There will be plenty of bargains to be had.”

Goods on sale will include donated furniture, bric a brac, electrical items, gardening tools, books, clothes and more. Everything is reasonably priced, and the team is always open to sensible offers.

Due to health and safety, we ask that no children under 10 years attend. Sales will continue on the first Saturday of each month at the same time.
