St Nicholas Hospice Care and churches in the community warmly invite you to take part in Light up a Life this festive season.

Come together to reflect, remember and celebrate those who are special to us. Our Light up a Life events are open to all.

You may choose to have a special name read out or simply attend an event in memory of those you wish to remember.

Our online form is available via the link below, for you to share the names of those you would like to be read out and book your place at one of our events if you wish to attend. Please note that our Hospice events are by booking only.

You may also wish to make a donation to support St Nicholas Hospice Care this festive season. Thank you for your support.
