Remember a name

You are warmly invited to remember your loved one’s name to be read out at this service. You can also attend this service free of charge without submitting a name to be read out.

Online memorials

As well as the traditional Light up a Life services taking place across our community, this year we have decided to add to the ways people can remember loved ones.

Working with Echoleft, an online memorial website, a candle will be lit in memory of a lost loved one. Just like our Light up a Life services, this act of remembrance is open to all, regardless of whether they have any connection to the Hospice.

We hope this opportunity to remember people online will enable families and friends to come together, share in the lighting of candles, and feel a sense of community and closeness while thinking about the person they all cared about.
