Gin and Beer Launch Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the Gin and Beer Launch Event in association with Heart of Suffolk Distillery and Humber Doucy Brewing Company.

1. General Information

  • These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Gin and Beer Launch Event (“Event”) organised by St Nicholas Hospice Care (“Organiser”).
  • By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without a valid entry.

3. Entry and Admission

• Attendees must present a valid entry or confirmation email for entry.

• The Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches upon entry.

• Entry to the Event is at the discretion of the Organiser and its representatives.

4. Age Restrictions

• Attendees must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets and attend the Event.

• Valid photo identification may be required to verify age.

5. Conduct and Safety

• Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.

• The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Event for disruptive, inappropriate, or dangerous behaviour.

• The Organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by any Attendee during the Event.

6. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcohol will be served only to Attendees aged 18 or over.

• The Organiser promotes responsible drinking. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have safe transportation arrangements.

7. Photography and Filming

• The Event may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional purposes.

• By attending the Event, Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded and for such media to be used by the Organiser.

8. Liability

• The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the Event, attendance at the Event, or any other matter related to the Event.

• The Organiser’s liability shall be limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

9. Changes and Cancellations

• The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event details, including the date, time, location, and program, at its discretion.

• In the event of cancellation, the Organiser will attempt to notify Attendees as soon as possible and provide information regarding refunds or rescheduled dates.

10. Privacy

• Personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.

• Attendee information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
