Emmey makes waves for the Hospice

When Emmey Zdrenka set herself the challenge of swimming 500 lengths, her goal was to raise £500 to support St Nicholas Hospice Care, but what happened next was amazing.

Emmey not only completed her 500-length swim but also smashed her fundraising target, raising an incredible £1,519.  Every penny Emmey raised will help St Nicholas Hospice Care continue its vital work, providing compassionate care and support to people facing dying, death and grief.

We also want to say thank you to David Lloyd in Bury St Edmunds for hosting the challenge and thank you to all those who cheered Emmey on and supported her fundraising.
