Cancellation policy

If you cancel, the ticket fee is non-refundable.

If St Nicholas Hospice Care or the event organisers cancels the event, we would seek to provide an alternative date or offer a refund.

Visiting the gardens

We are extremely grateful to all our garden owners who have very kindly offered to open their garden to the public in support of St Nicholas Hospice Care. Please treat all the gardens/property with the utmost respect and adhere to any requests made by the garden owners, especially in regards to one way systems, etc.

Attendees will be required to show proof of tickets when entering each garden. Those who have purchased tickets online can show their confirmation email as proof of entry. For those buying tickets on the day, your programme will be your ticket.

Please be vigilant for any potential hazards when visiting the gardens – not all gardens are suitable for wheelchair access/buggies – this will be displayed in the event programme.

Promotion and publicity

At the event, Hospice photographers and videographers will be capturing images for use in publicity. If you are uncomfortable with your image being used in future publicity, please notify the Hospice’s Fundraising Team in writing, and/or express your wishes to those photographing on the day.

On the day, representatives from the local media and other organisations are invited to attend. This includes reporters, photographers and videographers. During the event, they may wish to speak to you, take photographs or record a short interview. It is your decision whether to agree to their request. St Nicholas Hospice Care does not have any influence over how the information you share with them is used, or when and where images may appear. If you have any concerns on the day please speak to a member of the Fundraising Team.

Using your data

We may need to keep you informed of important updates and information regarding this year’s event, so we will use your email address and postal details to contact you. Please provide accurate details when registering.

St Nicholas Hospice Care will only ever use your data in relevant and meaningful ways to you.
