TCS London Marathon Terms & Conditions

You have been offered a St Nicholas Hospice Care Golden Bond place for the TCS London Marathon on Sunday, 27 April 2025.

If you choose to accept, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• You must return the completed contract, with a self-funded, non-refundable deposit of £50. This must reach us by Monday 26 August 2024.
• You agree to raise a minimum of £2,000 in sponsorship for St Nicholas Hospice Care only.
• Should any changes in your circumstances occur that may prevent your participation, please let the Events Team know as soon as possible by emailing events@stnh.org.uk.
• Your total sponsorship should be deposited with us by Wednesday 4 June 2025.
• Cancellation policy: If you cancel, the £50 registration fee is non-refundable. Sponsorship can be offered back although any fees incurred to St Nicholas Hospice Care from online donation pages or equivalent will be deducted first. If London Marathon Events cancels or reschedules the event, further details of what your options will be, will made available in accordance with the Event Organiser’s policy.
• All participants must be aged 18 or over on Sunday 27 April 2025.
• Places are non-transferable.
• It is your responsibility to travel to and from the event. 

Please note:

Once the Events Team at St Nicholas Hospice Care has received your contract and deposit, we will process your application and register you with London Marathon Events. LME will inform you on all event information and details, including how to get your running number. You will need to collect this from London Excel in the week before the Marathon.
