Coffee House’s fundraising boosts Hospice funds

Raising coffee cups and a whole heap of fundraising activities has led to thousands being raised for a local hospice.

With their most recent donation of £1,250, the Coffee House, which has branches in Moreton Hall and Fornham All Saints, has raised a total of £28,832 for St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Jessica Darnell and Lucy Newell have supported the hospice for many years, taking part in challenges, hosting events, and they have also donated 1p from every cup of coffee.

Abby Mayes, the hospice’s Corporate Fundraising Manager, said: “I would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica and Lucy and the whole Coffee House team. They really are such loyal supporters, and we truly appreciate their continued fundraising for us.

“Support from businesses like the Coffee House means such a lot to us. Not only do they raise important funds that support our services, but their place in the heart of the community also helps raise awareness for St Nic’s too.”
