Business supports Hospice with generous gesture

Palmers has continued to support St Nicholas Hospice Care with their latest donation which will help the charity continue to care for those across the community with long-term and life-threatening illnesses.

The department store, which announced its generous donation during the charity’s Fashion Fusion event has supported the Hospice for a number of years.

Abby Mayes, Hospice Corporate Fundraiser, said: “We are so grateful to Palmers for their support. I know there staff really get involved with fundraising and we really appreciate their support.

“The Hospice provides services for those across West Suffolk and Thetford when they need it – we couldn’t do this without the support from local businesses and our community.”

The money was raised by staff in the store through a variety of events.
