St Nicholas Hospice Care 28-Day Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition, and the original receipt is present. Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

All refunds are at the Shop Manager’s discretion

Products We Are Unable to Refund

Sorry, but we do not accept returns of damaged goods, DVDs, CDs or bric-a-brac.

Furniture Refunds

It is the customer’s responsibility to check if any furniture purchased will fit into your house before it is purchased.

Any delivery charge incurred will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights, and all refunds are at the Shop Manager’s discretion.
