Innovation in Dementia: New Approaches to Carer Support
Join Hope for Home for our annual conference exploring innovative approaches to supporting people living with dementia and those who care for them.
This year’s programme brings together leading researchers, healthcare professionals, charities, community organisations and lived-experience speakers to share practical ideas, emerging research and inspiring examples of dementia support in action. Sessions will cover topics including music and memory, supporting carers in the workplace, dementia-inclusive communities, creative wellbeing, intergenerational support, and new approaches to improving quality of life for people affected by dementia.
Whether you are a family carer, healthcare professional, volunteer, researcher, community leader or simply interested in dementia care, this conference offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect and be inspired by innovative work taking place across the UK and beyond.
