H&D’s Ploughing Weekend returns on 26 and 27 September 2026, raising funds for St Nicholas Hospice Care. The weekend will begin with a family-friendly fun day on Saturday, followed by a ploughing competition on Sunday.

Visitors can enjoy a traditional vintage ploughing event, with tractors and machinery on display throughout the weekend. The event runs from 9am to 3pm and offers a chance to celebrate local farming heritage while supporting an important local cause.

Signposts will be on the Barton Bottom roundabout in Bury St Edmunds on the day.
