British Sugar is generously hosting factory tours in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care.

To celebrate their 100th birthday, British Sugar’s Bury St Edmunds factory is offering free evening tours from now until February 2026, every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.30pm.

Visitors can explore behind the scenes of the iconic ‘Cloud Factory’ and see how sugar is made, all while supporting St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Although the tours are free, donations to the Hospice are warmly encouraged to help us continue our work supporting local people and families.
