Ticket Sales and registration
Tickets are sold subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis
All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform.
Your booking confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase and should be retained for the event.
Seating categories are allocated according to the ticket type purchased.
Ticket holders should check their booking details carefully at the time of purchase and notify St Nicholas Hospice Care of any errors as soon as possible.
Full event information will be sent to ticket holders closer to the event date.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Date: Saturday 14 November 2026
Venue: St Edmundsbury Cathedral, Bury St Edmunds
Doors opening times and event timings will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
Attendees must present a valid ticket to gain entry.
All attendees must comply with any instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, Cathedral staff or venue representatives.

St Edmundsbury Cathedral offers accessible access and seating options.
If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact the Events Team before purchasing your ticket or as soon as possible after booking so that reasonable adjustments can be explored.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
If you are unable to attend, please contact the Events Team. Ticket transfer requests may be considered at the discretion of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
Should St Nicholas Hospice Care need to cancel the event, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or transfer to a rearranged date where applicable.
In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, performer illness or other unforeseen events, St Nicholas Hospice Care reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event.
Photography and Filming
Photography and videography may take place during the event.
By attending, you acknowledge that images or footage may be used by St Nicholas Hospice Care and its event partners for marketing, promotional and reporting purposes.
If you have concerns about appearing in event photography, please speak to a member of the event team on arrival.
Data Protection
Personal information provided during the ticket purchasing process will be used for managing your event attendance and communicating important event information.
Where consent has been given, St Nicholas Hospice Care may contact you about future events, fundraising activities and hospice news.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Hospice’s Privacy Policy.
