St Nicholas Hospice Care Supporter Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is St Nicholas Hospice Care, Hardwick Lane, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 2QY.

Eligibility

Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of St Nicholas Hospice Care, trustees, volunteers directly involved in administering the prize draw and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the Supporter Survey and provide contact details where requested.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

No Purchase or donation or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Opening and Closing Dates

Entries must be received by 18 October 2026. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.

Prize

One winner will receive from a single Straightforward Will written by Burnett Barker Solicitors, Bury St Edmunds.

A single straightforward Will deals with:

*additional charges will apply if a couple both wish to have Wills drawn by us, one would be free of charge and payment needed for the second. In some circumstances the preparation of your Will may be outside the scope of the prize of the single straightforward Will If, for example, it is especially complex (requiring several components of the Complex Fixed Fee Wills service), requires particularly bespoke drafting, is unusually time-consuming, needs to be completed with particular speed, or involves a lengthy journey to meet you. In such cases, we will discuss and agree with you an alternative service or charging structure.

The prize offer of a single straightforward Will, will need to be redeemed within 3 months of notification of winning the prize.

The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at the time of closing the draw on  ??.  The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

 

Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the survey within 14 days of the draw.

 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, St Nicholas Hospice Care reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

Data Protection

Personal data provided as part of the survey and prize draw will be processed in accordance with St Nicholas Hospice Care’s Privacy Policy.

 

Contact details collected for the purpose of administering the prize draw will only be used for that purpose unless the participant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

 

We will pass on the contact details of the winner of the prize of a single straightforward Will to Burnett Barker so they know winners details for when they get in touch.

 

Publicity

The winner may be asked for permission to have their first name and town of residence shared in communications relating to the prize draw. Participation in publicity is entirely optional.

 

General

St Nicholas Hospice Care reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
