We’d like the thank the Unsworth Family for arranging this Black Tie Charity Ball in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care.

As a family, they have been fundraising since 2015 in memory of Mary Vogeler.

Speaking about their fundraising, Denise Unsworth said: “The care and support my Mum and my family received was outstanding and there are no words that can express my family’s gratitude .

“At the worst time of a family’s life the Hospice’s care and support enables your loved one and each family member to cherish every last moment together in such a calm, caring , supportive dignified way.

“We will be ever thankful.”

The family have undertaken a variety of events in aid of the Hospice over the years and have also arranged balls such as this before.

The event on November 28 will feature a welcome cocktail, three course meal, magician and disco. There will also be photography and a charity raffle.
