Join us for a calming afternoon of movement and deep relaxation at this special fundraising event in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care, taking place on Sunday 10 May.

The experience begins with a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension and improve flexibility, before easing into a soothing sound bath that encourages deep rest and relaxation. Light refreshments will be available, giving you the chance to unwind and connect with others after the session.

Spaces are limited to just 15 people, so booking in advance is essential. A minimum donation of £30 is suggested, with all proceeds supporting the work of St Nicholas Hospice Care. This event is kindly supported by Hawstead Community Council.
