Creating Beauty is a St Nicholas Hospice Care exclusive event and organised by the St Nicholas Hospice Care Fundraising Team. All proceeds from the event will go to support the work of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that your details can be used for the purposes of this event administration.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements and food allergies on the form or at least 10 days before the event, otherwise we will not be able to request these from our caterers.
Event staff have the right to remove any guest from the event if they are deemed to be acting inappropriately.
Smoking or vaping are not permitted at the event or at the venue.
We are only able to offer refunds for exceptional circumstances. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event a full refund will be issued as long as a four-week notice period is provided.
We reserve the right to make any alterations to the event at any time without liability and we will communicate any changes to the event to you via the email address provided by you during the booking process.
This is an over-18 event only. As we are serving alcohol, if you look to be underage we ask you to bring proof of ID.
Photography and Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for publicity purposes to help promote the event and create memories for those taking part, and will be used on St Nicholas Hospice Care promotional materials. By entering the event you agree for St Nicholas Hospice Care to use any materials you may feature in for the purposes outlined above. If you do not wish to be included in any materials please let us know by contacting celia.joseph@stnh.org.uk.
