Administration

A Hospice Exclusive: Gala Evening 2025 is organised by St Nicholas Hospice Care Fundraising Team. 100% of money raised will go to St Nicholas Hospice Care.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that your details can be used for the purposes of this event administration.

All food and beverage requirements must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event.

Event staff have the right to remove any guest from the event if they are deem to be acting inappropriately.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the event, a full refund will be issued as long as a four week notice period is provided.

Photographs of the event will be taken by all parties involved. If you do not wish to be in any official pictures please make this clear to us before the event by contacting Miranda.McCoy@stnh.org.uk.
