Brighton Marathon 2025 Terms and Conditions

You have been offered a St Nicholas Hospice Care charity place for the Brighton Marathon on Sunday, 6 April 2025. 

If you choose to accept, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

You must return a completed contract, with a self-funded, non-refundable deposit of £35. This must reach us by Monday 18 November 2024.

You agree to raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship for St Nicholas Hospice Care only.

Should any changes in your circumstances occur that may prevent your participation, please let the Events Team know as soon as possible – events@stnh.org.uk.

Your total sponsorship should be deposited with us by Wednesday 14 May 2025.

Cancellation policy – If you cancel, the £35 registration fee is non-refundable, sponsorship can be offered back although any fees incurred to St Nicholas Hospice Care from online donation pages or equivalent will be deducted first. If London Marathon Events, the Brighton Marathon event organiser, cancels or reschedules the event, further details of what your options will be, will made available in accordance the Event Organiser’s policy.

All participants must be age 18 or over on Sunday 6 April 2025.

Places are non-transferable.

It is your responsibility to travel to and from the event.

Please note:

Once the Events Team at St Nicholas Hospice Care has received your contract and deposit, we will process your application and register you with London Marathon Events, who are the event organisers, and LME will inform you of all event information and details, including on how to get your running number.
