35 stories for 35 years: Wonderful event marks 10th year.

Celebrating its 10th year this year Classic and Sports Cars by the Lake has grown into a popular event for the whole community.

The event, which has raised £290,000 for the charity, is the brain-child of Andrew and Gina Long, and each year welcomes over 650 cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and thousands of people to the annual event in the grounds of their home, Hall Farm in Fornham St Martin.

Each year Andrew and Gina are joined by a dedicated committee of volunteers, headed by Austin Cornish and show president, Max Milburn, who have watched the crowd-pulling event grow to become a wonderful day not just for car enthusiasts, but for the whole community.

This year’s event takes place on Sunday, 1 September
