Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a Tai-Chi-inspired exercise and relaxation group. It can be enjoyed either by sitting or standing and delivers gentle exercise.
Who can attend?

The group is aimed at people with long-term or life-threatening illnesses, their carers or those coping with bereavement.

When does it run?

The group runs every Tuesday, from 2pm – 3pm at the Haverhill Hub, in Camps Road, Haverhill.
