All of our shops have now re-opened.
Our Hardwick Parade store has become a clearance store with all items on sale for £3 or under.

In line with government advice we ask that all customers shopping in our stores wear either a face covering or a mask, unless they have a good reason not to.
As part of the re-opening of the Haverhill shop, the Hub’s onsite café The Haven has re-opened. As part of the government’s test and trace programme people will be required to let us know their contact details if using the café. In line with government guidance, as of Thursday, 24 September, the Haven Café will be table service only.
All other areas of the Hub remain temporarily closed to the public and services are not running.
Our Donation Centre, on Chapel Pond Hill, Bury St Edmunds, is open. Those wishing to drop off donations must book in advance. You can find out more by clicking here.

Our Hardwick Parade shop is our newest shop. It is located in the heart of the local community at the Hardwick Shopping Centre in Home Farm Lane, Bury St Edmunds near the Macebearer public house.
It specialises in quality pre-loved children’s toys, books, clothes and travel systems. It also has a range of ladies and mens clothes, bric-a-brac, a range of new goods and much more. With plenty of free parking it is an ideal location to bring your donations or to find out what is happening in your local community via our ‘community matters’ board.
