Virtual Wellbeing Café

Our Virtual Wellbeing Café is a warm, welcoming space to meet others in similar situations who are affected by life-limiting illness.

You could be facing illness, caring for someone, coping with a bereavement or want to share your experiences to help others. Please join us along with family members, carers and friends for mutual support and conversation.

These virtual sessions will take place using the online communication tool Zoom.

Before you attend our Virtual Wellbeing Café, if you could read some guidance and information we would be most grateful. You can read the guidance and information by clicking here.

To enable you to join the Virtual Wellbeing Café you will need to have Zoom downloaded.

The tool is free to download, and you can do so by clicking here. To save time on the day it might be a good idea to download in advance.

When signing up it will ask for a work email address, please don’t worry just use the address you usually use.

When does it run?
  • Virtual Wellbeing Café – every Monday, 12pm – 1pm. You can access the session by clicking here. The meeting ID is: 954 5342 1776 and the passcode: 307014.
