Hospice Care Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospice Care Assistant to join us working as part of a multidisciplinary team on our Sylvan Ward for 22.5 hours per week on a variety of early, late and night shifts.

Positive and enthusiastic you will have the communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to thrive in a friendly ward environment. Flexibility will be essential to apply your skills within a variety of clinical settings including our Community team and Day Therapy services as required.
