We understand you have cancelled your Lottery membership subscription and we would be grateful if you could read and complete the survey below.

This will help us better understand the needs of our Hospice Lottery membership and also improve the whole experience, where required, for future members.

The Hospice Lottery has been running for 20 years, but the need for its income has never been greater than it is today. We raise more than £380,000 a year towards the funding of the Hospice, which this year reached its 35th year.

When we look at the next 35 years, it is hard to ignore the challenges that will greatly affect hospice care. The UK’s ageing population is a significant test for health and social care services.

In addition, economic uncertainty threatens future funding. With an increasingly older population, the needs of West Suffolk and Thetford will eventually outgrow our current services. With our founder, Richard Norburn, in our hearts, we continue to be inspired by his vision that there must be something better. We want to ensure that more people living with dying, death and grief receive compassionate support and for everyone to matter in life and death.
